Special Recognition / Community Service Award
The Parish Council will give an award to member(s) of the Community who deserve special recognition. To send your nominations please complete the application form which can be downloaded by clicking here or if you wish for a simplified version, you can send an email or letter, with the name, address, phone number and a statement of a maximum of 250 words about the person(s) that are being nominated to the Clerk.
There are no limits to the amount of times you nominate somebody or a group of people as long as the reasons given differ.
The form can be posted or emailed, the last date for applications is 31st March.
